Shipping Policy



We will be closing our facility from December 23rd to January 2nd for staff holidays. All orders shipped during this time will ship after we return in January.

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Processing time is not included in the delivery time.


Standard Parcel delivery is based on the following delivery schedule:

  • Local: 2-4 business days (Fulfillment center is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
  • Regional: 3 to 5 business days
  • National: 3 to 8 business days


Shipping fees include handling, packaging and delivery to the address provided at checkout. 


The shipping rate is calculated based on your location and order weight. 



Squish Candies ships online orders to Canada Canada Post.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders the following business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following statutory holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • January 2
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • St-Jean Baptiste
  • Canada Day
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centers in Canada. Delivery to non-major urban centers or remote locations in Canada and are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post's Deliver Standards detailed at .

Please be advised, Squish cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.


Once we ship your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your shipment online at . Please note, that it can take some time before your tracking information will be available on the Canada Post website.


Once an order has been processed we do not normally accept order cancellations or exchanges. If you have questions about your order, please contact us by email at Please include your order number for reference.

Squish wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Support by email at Please have your order number available for reference. For health and safety reasons Squish cannot accept any candy returns or exchanges, as its products are perishable goods.
