Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe.
🚚 Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated at checkout based on your address and selected carrier.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.
💸 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout for all standard addresses.
For regular orders, we ship with UPS, FedEx, GLS, ICS, and Canpar.
We do not use Canada Post for regular orders.
We use Canada Post only for orders going to a P.O. Box or the Northern Territories, since our regular couriers do not deliver to those locations.
In the event of a Canada Post strike, shipments will be on hold until service resumes.
📦 Shipping Information
SQUISH Candies ships online orders across Canada only.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your order.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in-stock orders the next business day.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
No processing or shipping will occur on the following statutory holidays:

Delivery times are based on transit between major urban centers in Canada.
Deliveries to remote or non-urban areas may take longer, following Canada Post’s Delivery Standards, available at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards.
We cannot be held responsible for heat damage during transit or for packages stolen after delivery to the address provided.
🏬 Warehouse Pickup
For our local customers, we offer a pickup option at our Montreal warehouse, located at 4810 Jean-Talon Ouest,
Monday to Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
🔎 Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package online.
🔁 Returns
Once an order has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges.

At SQUISH, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If a product was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team at info@squishcandies.com and provide your order number.
For health and safety reasons, SQUISH cannot accept returns or exchanges on candy, as our products are perishable goods.
Customers are responsible for returning items in their original condition, at their own expense.
